‘Sonic Prime (Season 1) 2022–’:
Netflix Review :
For real, this show has one of the
most ugly animations that I have ever seen in a netflix cartoon, or even in a
cartoons in general. Super generic story, shallow characters and if you are not
a 6 years old its REALLY silly. The “alternate dimensions” drama its already
really saturated, with a lot of movies and games making this, and this show
have the capacity to be even more generic than the premise itself. If you like
Sonic, watch Sonic boom (2014), or Sonic SatAM (1994), the OVA from 1996, or
even the 2 live action movies (2020 and 2022). Don’t waste your time with this
garbage of a show, it doesn’t worth it. Shame on you Sega, shame on you…
Yes, Sonic prime IS a good show, the
animation, the story just everything is great. I wasn’t really hyped for the
show first, i was mostly hyped for other stuff at the same time like frontiers.
I’m huge sonic fan btw. It’s like a crime to not be hyped about sonic media for
me (I may be too dramatic tho). Although, even if it’s a great show. There are
some weird parts in the show. First things first tho, the characters are great,
I like when Sega makes sonic goffy and silly and not just a dork that is just
“gotta go fast” all the time, which I respect. Shadow is in this show too. I
don’t really like the voice they gave him, it mostly sounds like knuckles then
shadow at all, but whatever.
